A. Cancellation by Patient (customer)

- If the online consulting is canceled by the customer/patient 1 hour before the given consultation time, a 50% amount will be deducted.
- No refund will be possible if the cancellation is done within 1 hour of the given consulting time.
- The refund may take 3-5 working days.

B. Cancellation by Doctor

- If the cancellation is done by the doctor, the full amount will be refunded with a deduction of 3% as a transaction charge.
- The refund may take 3-5 working days.

C. Technical Error

If the amount is deducted twice due to a technical error. The full amount will be refunded. The refund may take 3-5 working days.
